Pobediteley 100
The apartment in a luxury residential complex on Pobediteley ave. is decorated in a Scandinavian style. It is worth noting that our team has already worked with a similar apartment in the same residential complex. However, we never repeat ourselves and do not use standard ideas in design. This time, we’ve also created a completely unique design, unlike the others. This project shows how we come up with different solutions for identical apartments.
The apartment on Pobediteley avenue is owned by a couple with a child. Our clients are frequent travelers who enjoy healthy eating and sports, and who spend a lot of time together both at home and outside. So the wishes of our clients were appropriate. They wanted to get in their apartment a room that was comfortable enough for all the family members to meet in, and a separate room and a bathroom for each person.
We thought the apartment’s current layout was good enough, so we didn’t change anything. We explored all the possibilities of the apartment and then presented our design proposal.
When you go into the apartment, you see a hall right away with a big wardrobe and a place to sit. There is also enough space here for the owners of the apartment to meet guests. Further on, you can notice the lounge area with a kitchen and a bar counter. Here, the family can enjoy themselves by sitting at the bar to admire the scenery, watching a movie while sitting on the couch, or having dinner at the table with the whole family.
We also thought about the working space for the head of the family, his office. There is also a room for a child, a large and spacious bedroom in the apartment. An important requirement was that there was no TV in the children’s room, so there was enough space here for a large bed and a wardrobe. The apartment has both utility rooms (such as a laundry room) and small relaxation areas (such as a balcony). Of course, we thought of a comfortable and sophisticated room for the apartment’s owners, a room with plenty of storage space and filled with light and air.
In decorating the apartment, we used the Scandinavian style. There are eco-friendly materials here, such as wood. The colors are characteristic of the Scandinavian style: white, brown, grass green. We have implemented smart lighting and a supply and exhaust ventilation system, as well as the air conditioning system.
An important inspiration was the paintings brought by clients from their travels. They helped us to understand the tastes and preferences of customers, and when creating a design concept, we added these paintings to the interior and harmoniously distributed them across the rooms. As a result, we have a cozy and warm project, in which individuality is felt.
