Lobanok street
The residence on Lobanka Street belonged to a young lady working in the IT field. She approached us for a simplistic and calm design in monochrome. Our client already had a clear idea of what a comfortable living space should look like: the rooms had to be well-planned, comfortable, and the design should use a minimum of colors and shades.
Ergonomics was an important requirement of our client. The lady often worked remotely, so it was important to make the workplace at home. It was also important that a comfortable, homey atmosphere was preserved, and that the residence didn’t turn into an office. Storage space should also be available. It was also essential to take care of the place to relax, that is, a separate bedroom with a spacious wardrobe was needed. And another point is the zone of sports activities. Our client was a fitness enthusiast and regularly used a fitness machine. Our challenge was to find a suitable space for a fitness machine, while ensuring there would be enough free space in the residence.
As for color, the client wanted the interior to be as harmonizing and soothing as possible. Therefore, we used gray as the base color. This color does not irritate, but instead creates a feeling of inner peace and tranquility. Also, gray looks good with all colors. According to our idea, the client could add any colors relevant to her to the interior at any moment of her life and make the design more emotional or, conversely, more calm. Our interior turned out to be a canvas, which can be changed.
The result is exactly what the client dreamed of. This is a merit not only for our team, but also for the lady herself because she explained her design wishes very clearly and in detail. We are sincerely happy that she enjoyed our project and that it helped make her life more comfortable.
