Nestled within the prestigious “Jasmine” residential complex in Minsk lies a luxurious apartment awaiting a transformation. While initially planning a temporary stay, our clients aimed for a design that maximized comfort and ensured future resale value without requiring extensive renovations. With the added urgency for a quick turnaround, we embarked on a mission to deliver simple yet technically sound solutions that we could swiftly implement.
Our first step was thoroughly analyzing the apartment’s layout and identifying key zones: the open kitchen-living area, the master bedroom, a child’s room, bathrooms, and a balcony. Understanding our client’s preferences for modern aesthetics, light tones, and minimalistic accents, we commenced our design process.
Establishing a color palette of whites and grays with hints of green and yellow, we opted for environmentally friendly paint for the walls, providing a clean canvas. We chose a combination of ceramic tiles and parquet flooring for the flooring, balancing practicality with elegance.
We introduced a cozy lounge area in the kitchen-living area while seamlessly integrating a functional workspace. The kitchen zone was meticulously planned, featuring a dining area and discreet storage solutions to maintain visual harmony and maximize space.
Transitioning to the bedroom, we curated a tranquil retreat with ample storage options, ensuring relaxation and functionality. The adjoining balcony was transformed into a serene relaxation spot, echoing the calming ambiance of the bedroom.
We designed distinct zones for play, rest, and study in the child’s room, fostering creativity and productivity. The result is a vibrant yet practical interior composition poised to remain timeless for five to seven years.
