Bistro o’Da!
Bistro o’Da! it is the best gourmet restaurant in Belarus and one of the first healthy bistros in the country. This restaurant’s owner, a successful businesswoman, has several other projects in Belarus and her entire business is based on health care. The woman has always wanted to open a café that would focus on healthy eating. She ordered 100 square meter rooms in a popular part of Minsk and put out a call for a design project. We are pleased to announce that our proposal was selected above hundreds of other ideas. We signed a cooperation agreement within a year, and within the framework of this agreement, it was planned to decorate not only the bistro, but also the office in the same building.
After signing the contract, we started working on the project.
To begin with, we zoned the space. We made two dining rooms by 65 sq. m. and the kitchen by 35 sq. m. These dining rooms were united by a common stylistic concept, but decorated in differ colors: one of them was pink, the other was green. This allows visitors to choose the dining atmosphere without changing their favorite restaurant.
We planned the kitchen space together with a technologist and a restaurateur. Thanks to this cooperation, we were able to accommodate all the necessary equipment and even more, within a space of 35 square meters. In order for the chefs to be able to prepare breakfasts, lunches, and dinners as well as special dishes for musical evenings, business meetings, and parties, we did our best to provide them with the necessary supplies. The concept of a healthy lifestyle was the center of everything we did. The design reflects this idea quite clearly. Interior o’Da! spacious, filled with light and air. We’ve used materials that are natural and environmentally friendly and that fit the idea of a healthy lifestyle. Materials such as glass, stone, tiles, and velvet etc. were used here. We’ve thought of everything, from different lighting scenarios to a smart air conditioning system.
An important design element is the paintings of our client, who is a talented artist. This makes the interior unique and friendly, and tells visitors a little more about the personality of the bistro owner and her values in life. As a result, the institution quickly gained popularity and received a lot of positive feedback, including about the interior.
