Bakery

Working on this project was exciting and interesting for us. This bakery is an international project, so the design had to emphasize its high status. At the same time, it was necessary to create an atmosphere of kindness and warmth.

Our client already had a plan for the space. He also had his own idea of how a bakery should look. Our team’s objective was to fully understand the client’s vision and implement it in the most effective way possible.

What was important to consider when planning the interior?

  1. This is the main thing the client was talking about. It is important that at the entrance to the bakery the visitor feels warmth, comfort, joy.
  2. Technical features. The bakery is a special space. Here all the products are in plain sight, and that’s good. But it is also important that sanitary and hygienic requirements are observed.
  3. The convenience of the staff. It will be easier for workers to perform their duties if the space itself and the equipment will help.

To create the right atmosphere, we used warm beige and brown shades. We also provided comfortable, soothing lighting. Our team has studied how bakery salesmen work and has made each task as simple as possible. We take into consideration both technical requirements, such as the effect of light and air on groceries, as well as aesthetic considerations. Therefore, in the interior that we have created, the product retains freshness and taste for a long time.
