7 Karat office

This project required a lot of focus and attention to the smallest details from us. One of the well-known jewelry stores, “7 Karat”, approached us with a request for an office design. The office was located in an old building that had been restored earlier. After the restoration, the style of the building changed to a modern one, but some old features were preserved. This was the first feature of our future project.

And here is the second feature: the jewelry store “7 Karat” had three offices in different locations of the city. And the space that our team worked on was supposed to stylistically unite all the “7 Karat” offices.

The first step was getting to know the company. We learned that there are more than 100 people in the team, there are several departments, and each department has special tasks. We have developed such a plan, where the entire space of the building is divided into departments. Here’s what it looked like.

  1. Entrance and hall. This is the first thing a visitor sees. Therefore, the entrance should be presentable and reflect the values ​​of the company. We have made the hall both stylish and comfortable. We provided a wardrobe, a waiting area, and technical rooms for staff in it.
  2. After the hall, the space begins to be “divided” into offices of directors, accountants, lawyers, and so on. Each of these offices is designed in accordance with the tasks of the staff.
  3. This is a place for storing and processing precious stones. We’ve done everything we can to make it easy to work with precious stones, and we can keep security at the right level.
  4. Kitchen and coffee break area. To be effective, employees must feel comfortable and take care of their health. And we did our best.
  5. Conference hall. We’ve done everything we can to make it easy for each employee to talk about new ideas.

To succeed, our team literally lived the life of the company’s employees. We studied and understood everything: where cabinets should be placed, where PCs should be installed, and where laptops should be, how light should fall, and so on. For two months we studied the work of the company. And after that we started working on the project. Therefore, the interior that we have created is really conducive to productive and comfortable work.

Everything has been carefully considered in its design, from the lighting and ventilation to the electrics. There is everything for the convenience of employees. And we are happy to confirm that our customer immediately approved the design project and said: this is what we need!

Now this project is still in the process of implementation. And we are sure that with the new design “7 Karat” will achieve new successes!
