Astoria Central Restaurant
Astoria Central, a well-known restaurant in Minsk, had been operating for quite some time before its owners approached us. The establishment boasted a meticulously designed interior that had become familiar to its patrons, and Astoria Central had rightfully earned its popularity among diners. However, areas within the premises needed more utilization, and the owners sought to optimize their use while seamlessly integrating them into the existing restaurant concept.
When assessing the current situation, the first thing we noticed was the diverse interior of the restaurant. Spanning over 1000 square meters, the venue housed various zones with distinct aesthetics and themes. It allowed us to design without being bound to a specific style.
We opted for a wine color palette for the design foundation and incorporated accents, such as wall paintings, to add depth and dimension to the space. Embracing the high vaults in the room, we crafted a design that exuded fluidity, elegance, and grace. Drawing inspiration primarily from chalet-style aesthetics, characterized by abundant wood, vaulted ceilings, play of light, and lush greenery, we carefully integrated modern elements, including concealed lighting, vibrant hues, and wine tones. Additionally, we infused subtle Italian influences, aligning with the predominantly Mediterranean style of Astoria Central.
We are delighted to report that the clients were pleased with this concept, and the redesigned space continues to receive compliments from visitors. The seamless integration of the new areas into the existing ambiance of Astoria Central has elevated the dining experience, ensuring that patrons can enjoy exquisite cuisine and a visually captivating and welcoming environment
