Aristocratic apartment in St. Petersburg
We take great pride in showcasing another project: an aristocratic classic apartment spanning 85 square meters in Saint Petersburg. Our clients acquired this residence with a pre-existing design but reconsidered the concept after the purchase. The interior that once adorned the space didn’t capture the city’s essence. Our task was to create an elegant yet aristocratic concept that unmistakably resonated with the spirit of Saint Petersburg.
At the core of our vision lay soft, light hues. It is these shades that define the interior of the apartment. Upon entering, one is greeted by a bright hallway seamlessly transitioning into the kitchen-living area. While this room exudes warmth and coziness at first glance, closer inspection reveals many intriguing details and forms. From the curved sofa to the captivating stone in the kitchen, from the ornate ceiling molding to the unconventional lighting fixtures—every detail beckons to be admired and studied. A noteworthy detail: ventilation shafts are present throughout the apartment, impossible to conceal. Therefore, we elegantly incorporated them into the design, making them an integral part of the concept.
This apartment epitomizes the marriage of classic elegance and modern functionality, seamlessly blending aristocratic charm with contemporary comfort. Each element is meticulously curated to evoke the grandeur and grace of Saint Petersburg’s architectural heritage.
We paid particular attention to the bathroom. Here, we maintain the same aristocratic flair while ensuring the fluidity of forms. A pivotal aspect of the bathroom’s interior is the panoramic window. To fully capitalize on its potential, we positioned a freestanding bathtub adjacent to it with a transparent shower enclosure opposite the bathtub. The basin set within an arched alcove adds a touch of sophistication. The bathroom exudes an even airier, lighter, and highly functional ambiance through the juxtaposition of tiles and plasterwork.
