Coffee House «Victory Gardens»

Victory Gardens are two coffee houses in different cities, united by one common idea. We are proud of this project because our team created it from scratch. The client contacted us with a request to develop not just an interior, but the whole concept of a coffee shop: from the name to the finishing. And we are very glad that we have coped with the task. Today, both coffee houses (in Minsk and in Novogrudok) are successful. People come here to drink great coffee, have a good time with friends and family, or just relax and be alone with themselves.  Let’s look at the first coffee shop.

Victory Gardens: Instagrammable Coffee Shop in Minsk

Since the owners didn’t have specific design requests, we got carte blanche for this project. Our design team decided that the first step would be to study the room, identify its features, and understand how it can attract visitors.

This is what we saw when we arrived at the place.

The future coffee house was located in a newly built residential area, on the ‘youth’ territory. Young people with an active lifestyle lived here, the people for whom it was important to a fashionable Instagram interior.

Future visitors definitely didn’t want to waste time. Quickly buy a coffee, quickly take a photo and post it on Instagram, quickly drink his or her morning espresso and go on business… That’s what life was like here. Therefore, we decided to focus primarily on the aesthetics of the interior. We also did not forget about comfort, but this was not the most important factor. We had to create an Instagram café for a quick coffee and viral photos. But what style of interior is still better to choose?

After a long communication with our clients, we found out that they like the aristocratic style. And we decided to make the aristocratic style the basic one because it is important that both visitors and owners like the coffee house.

We used bold, but not flashy colors in the design. It immediately attracts attention and arouses interest. Furniture plays an important role in the interior of the coffee house: there are interestingly shaped chairs, ‘radius’ sofas, benches of an unusual shape, and decorative elements on sideboards and buffets… We also added a touch of aristocracy with moldings on the ceiling and walls. An important accent of the interior was the fresco.

We used all these ideas in decorating coffee houses in Minsk (of course, taking into account the preferences of the target audience). This is how we got an unforgettable, attractive design that guests and owners really liked.
