Office
This 600 sq. m. is located in the same building as the bistro o’Da!, and the owner of the office is a well-known Belarusian business lady. We’ve already worked with her before, when we decorated the bistro, so the client had complete trust in our team.
We began our project by examining the needs of the employees and visitors of this office. Our team explored the daily processes in the office and understood which areas the reception should resemble, where the wardrobe, director’s office, conference room, recreation area, meeting room, personnel department, marketing department, etc. should be located. For example, we found that there is a lot of paperwork in the office. So it was necessary to think of a storage system. And we found a solution. Employees can save time by not moving around the office in search of documents if they see metal racks above their workplace.
But, of course, work is not the only important thing in the office. Being able to relax during the lunch break also matters. In order to address this concern, we provided a large kitchen with all the necessary equipment, including a built-in refrigerator, microwave ovens, and a cooking area. Here, employees can take a quick break to eat and drink coffee or arrange a long team building dinner.
At the same time, it was very important for our client that the color design corresponded to the logo. The logo combined bright, cheerful colors, such as grassy, heavenly, yellow, and olive. We occasionally used these shades, or mixed them with other colors. For example, the glass in the meeting room is not transparent, but something like a “chameleon”. It changes its color depending on the lighting and becomes either yellowish, then bluish, then greenish.
Electronics was an important part of the project. Thanks to a separate server room in the office, all mechanisms, such as computers, smart ventilation, and roller blinds, operate without issue.
There is an office of the head of a company that deserves special attention. The design here is “feminine” and unusual. There are a lot of informal decor elements, for example, a group of soft sofas or a fireplace. All this allows us to create a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere.
This project took nine months to complete. Creating a truly luxurious and unusual interior, the likes of which are not found in the whole country, took so much time that the project was almost cancelled. As a result, we see a great design that the client liked and that we are proud of.
