Chinese Office

The office was created for a Chinese company. The manager contacted us and said that he would like to order an interior design project. The task was both challenging and simple. Since the office space was already done in laconic gray tones, we had a basis for the design. However, that basis was not reflective of the company’s values, nor was it able to convey its story or strengths. And we had to make this “faceless” interior unique.

The office itself was divided into seven rooms – conference rooms. There was a VIP space, a main conference room, several spaces for informal work, and a room for brainstorming, to discuss projects with all employees.

We looked at the space, took measurements, and talked with the client about the design idea. So, we came to the conclusion that we need a compact, but free-and-easy design. The client requested additional elements to the design that would clearly indicate belonging to the IT field. It was also necessary to create a comfortable working atmosphere that would help employees work efficiently.

We decided to focus on a few things.

For example, the unusual shape of the tables immediately attracts attention. You can see that all tables are different in configuration. We, for example, installed a large table in the VIP hall, which allows the client to place PS monitors and laptops of conference participants. For comfort, we added soft textiles. And to make the interior solid, they installed high comfortable shelving. Each office has its own vibe and mood. There are locations with cozy, soft ottomans and sofas. There are cabinets with modular tables that change their shape if necessary. We have also added a few details such as motivational phrases on the walls.

This project shows that we create design not only from scratch. We are also ready to help when there is already a basis for the project, but there is no unique idea.
